As a Fitness Consultancy across the last four decades, I have watched the progress of friends, students and clients. Some are still with us and some are not. Some have moved onto different locations, walks of life, and faraway adventures. All have shared in special times and training dedicated towards the improvement of their personal fitness, performance and quality of life.
