Explore witness consciousness with bestselling author Michael A. Singer
There is a place deep within your being where you are free from the turmoil of thoughts, emotions, and the outer world. This is the seat of the witness consciousness, and from here your spiritual journey will unfold with effortless clarity and grace.
In The Untethered Soul Lecture Series, Volume 3: The Clarity of Witness Consciousness, Michael A. Singer lays out the basic nature of the World, the Mind, the Heart, and You-the consciousness that experiences these things. He then paves a clear path to achieving this transcendent state.
By exploring the nature of reality from the view of the witness, Singer will help you understand that you are neither the thoughts in your mind nor the feelings in your heart-your true self is witnessing both. "Once you see the true nature of the outer world and your inner energies," teaches Singer, "witness consciousness is revealed."
Here you will explore:
• How the world around you actually has nothing to do with you
• The programmable nature of both your mind and your heart
• The unconscious ways your past learning influences your life
• Learning to "handle your heart"-one of the greatest gifts of the spiritual journey
• The two main ways people try to "fix" themselves, and why neither ever works
• Watching the dance of the energies that affect you-and being comfortable with whatever arises
• The natural unfolding of true yoga that occurs when you rest in witness consciousness
When you can see the ways in which both internal and external energies take you off center, you can better understand how to pull back from their influence. With this audio program, Singer will help you begin to unravel the numerous constructs that create your false sense of self, so you can experience the freedom and stillness of your truest and most natural state. Michael A. Singer, author of The Untethered Soul, helps us to unravel the constructs that create the false sense of self, and to rediscover the transcendent witness consciousness.
