Emerging from the murky depths of ancient evils-caste discrimination, feudal biases, and religious animosities-Trilokinath, a fervent worshiper of Sri Krishna, harnesses the might of sacred Hindu texts to mold Vasuprado, a carefree, joyful youth, into a harbinger of ruthless violence. This narrative winds through the shadows of colonial India and the dawn of independence in 1947, traversing the complexities of the 20th Century and reflecting the tumultuous landscape of 21st Century India: a land fraught with mutual disdain-Hindus loathing Muslims, Muslims reviling Hindus, and Hindus consistently challenging their own compatriots across the spectrum of beliefs: Christians, Buddhists, Sikhs, and beyond.
