After being abducted from Earth and his memories obscured, Corbin Sterling awakes aboard a massive spacefaring generation ship streaking through space towards the Gliese-832 star system. He is joined by thousands of other memory-inhibited crew members who begin a rigorous training program under the mysterious Zero-Crew to become the lead caretakers of the ship and its mission. While a rogue AI-like entity influences Corbin and hints at the secret motive for their mission, growing discontent from many of Corbin's fellow crew members bubbles over into full-blown mutiny. Corbin and his small band of friends use their limited training and experience to combat the rising tide of insurrection and venture to save their future amongst the stars. Meanwhile, Earth's presence and this spacefaring endeavor have not gone unnoticed…
