JACK CRIVALLE takes us on a matter-of-fact, step-by-step, emotional ride as to what takes place during a hostile corporate takeover. This one is personal, a Southwest Chicagoland thriving community newspaper, is ripped from his father's control. We see an inside view of real people's desperation when the very means by which they feed their families, pay their mortgages, and save for their children's college tuition are jeopardized. Witness what lengths people will sometimes go, to protect their own interests at the expense of others. Large corporate greed, non-compassion, humiliation, and inefficiencies are not left out of this look, at the all-too-common tactics of corporate takeovers.
