About

Neural-pathways are elongated brain neurons that connect one side of the nervous system with the other. They are created basically when we perform a task. As we replicate the movement, the neural pathway gets stronger. For the first time, we do a job with our conscious mind (present thought mind), and then, when we repeat, it goes into our subconscious mind (auto-pilot mind). The action is familiar, and the subconscious mind takes over and acts on auto-pilot. The subconscious mind is where they store our habits. Even if you have the new team leader with the most excitement, some bad habits are likely to fall. These arise because of a lack of knowledge, others because of weak role models, or shifts in perceptions. Recognizing them early is the key so you can take the appropriate action. When you leave it too long, they will find it much harder to change their ways.
