About

A Pilgrim's Journey to Love, Faith and Eternity

Undying Diamond Heart is a biographical novel that transforms the extraordinary life of Khyungpo Naljor into magical realism. Often celebrated as the "Xuanzang from Tibet," he abandoned his esteemed position as the dharma king of the Bon religion, undertaking seven pilgrimages to India and Nepal in his quest for authentic Buddhist wisdom. Throughout this spiritual odyssey, he faced a myriad of challenges, including being pursued by Bon protective deities, surviving an avalanche, and fending off a wolf attack. Along the way, he fell in love with a once-revered Nepalese goddess Saraswati and endured extreme trials set by dakinis. Khyungpo Naljor studied under 150 cultural masters and received direct teachings from two eminent female mahasiddhas, Sukhasiddhi and Niguma. Having attained spiritual freedom, he returned to Tibet, where he established the Shangpa Kagyu tradition. This is a story of faith, grit, and enlightenment that you will not want to miss.
