This collection of poems titled "Uplifted by Love " is a collection of poems inspired by the author's quest for spiritual enlightenment . It affords the author an opportunity to share his perceptions about life; the high concepts of love, purity and the divining of the Holy Grail whose origin is not of this world. And when we speak of love and purity the concept of true womanhood is naturally implied. In her beauty and grace woman represents the ideal of these concepts as she continues to be a source of inspiration and support to manhood.
Interwoven with our unquenched longing for development, these concepts draw us along on our paths of experiencing; through our joys, pains, sorrows , births and deaths until in the awakening to self-conscious activity we are more and more able to truly perceive the greatness of the All-Powerful and Omnipotent Source of All, Whose Justice never wavers but Who also showers us with abundant joys in His great Love!
For the man oppressed by the perplexity and sorrows that comes with the dark veil of ignorance induced by our spiritual slumber and lukewarmness, through the recognitions afforded by these concepts, he will find himself aroused to joyful activity; and as one "Uplifted by Love", now bent on sharing this love, he will be glad to find that he too can be a channel for this true love whose origin is the essence of our Great Creator The Living Light, God Almighty.
