Includes the story "Archie in The Dragon Slayer". Scheming Reggie spots a lovesick freshman named Bruce floating through Riverdale's halls on Cloud 9 over Veronica Lodge - and can't resist planting a dangerous idea in his head: knights of old slayed dragons for their lady loves, and Archie is Bruce's dragon. Bruce's eyes light up with a fire only a freshman in love can muster, and Reggie immediately realizes he may have created a monster. Will this little knight's chivalric quest win Veronica's heart - or will Reggie live to regret every word? Other stories in this issue include "Josie in Dream Stuff", "Li'l Jinx in Away With Words", "Archie in The Silent Treatment!", and more. Originally running from 1940 all the way into the '80s, PEP was the platform for Archie's first appearance in 1941 and introduced many of the Riverdale citizens that the world still follows over 80 years later.
