As a regular man with dyslexia, I see life through a unique lens, shaped by both challenge and wonder. While dyslexia has made things difficult–especially with numbers and words that seem to dance on the page–I have learnt to embrace my journey. I didn't realise I was dyslexic until my 30s and only after returning to college in my 40s did I find out I was dyslexic. Accepting this, I changed how I approach learning in a different way. With the love of all nature, especially trees, it helped my creative flow. I often find peace and the words I need to inspire myself to write and to connect with the things I love. Poetry has become a passion, allowing me to capture moments in short bursts. This is just the start of my journey writing poems and even children's stories. I feel quite victorious with what I have achieved.
