For sure, I’ve seen things, done things, and experienced quite a lot along the way.
I’ve made silly mistakes along the way, but that’s how you’re meant to learn. For years I have sat and written down my deepest thoughts and feelings. I found it a good outlet when I went through depression. It helped to empty out my head a little and slowed down all my thoughts.
