More than a sports story-Dan's Way: Growth, Gaffes and Handling Hate is an engaging playbook for surviving the relentless social snakepit of high school.
Much more than just another sports book, Dan's Way is a free-flowing narrative that bridges the author's childhood roots in West New York, New Jersey, to his teenage years in Fremont, California. While Dan's remarkable athletic successes provide the backlighting for this story, the true journey is internal. By sharing his own growth, humorous gaffes, and real encounters with hate, Dan provides today's youth with an honest, real-world case study. This book equips teenagers with actionable, timeless strategies to successfully navigate peer pressure and discover their own "way" through the social challenges of high school.
