What would you do if you had to kill someone to save your own life?
January Chevalier is on her first mission as a bounty hunter but she's already having second thoughts. Vampires are meant to be the bad guys. So why does her target seem to be the perfect gentleman?
Alone in Paris, January starts to wonder if she's made a terrible mistake. The large cash injection that's been added to her bank balance only serves as a daily reminder of the warning she was given when she took the job. Now that she's on their payroll, she has to kill… or be killed.
