The Doug Briggs Strength, Speed, & Agility program has been tested on actual athletes during summer strength & conditioning camps for 9-years. Many of these athletes have gone on to play in NCAA Division I programs as well as to various military academies and the program has been used successfully by numerous professional athletes as well.
