What was the point of living if I couldn't do the one thing I wanted to do: make the big ideas that I saw in my head a reality? It seemed like no matter what, my lack of confidence always got in my way. I was a prisoner of my own mind and a spectator to my own life.
That was until I started the research that resulted in the book you now hold in your hands. In these pages I share my personal experience of overcoming creative anxiety and finding success through a Failure Friendly Mindset. I draw on research in psychology and spirituality to offer practical tools and strategies for developing a healthy and resilient approach to creativity.
Whether you're an artist, designer, writer, musician, entrepreneur or simply someone who wants to unlock your creative potential, Failure Friendly is an essential guide to overcoming fear and embracing the power of failure to achieve your goals.
You'll discover that failure isn't something to be feared, but an essential part of the creative process that can lead to greater success than you ever imagined.
