About

Most emotions arise from situations as well as from our daily actions and thoughts. Many come and go, while others linger and shape our lives-consciously or unconsciously. They can guide us or destroy us, make us cry, fill us with fear, or teach us to love. These "everyday emotions" often go largely unnoticed amid the flood of information we receive throughout the day, yet they are there and deserve our attention. That is why three points recur throughout the text: They are meant to encourage you to pause and reflect-to create a brief moment to explore and to remember.
