Many people imagine an overseas travel adventure, having an incredible experience, and discovering themselves in the process...only they don't. They are too afraid, unsure of themselves, and perhaps wonder if they would ever return. These same feelings plagued 24 year old Tim, even as he planned his 2-month solo backpacking journey through Western Europe. He questioned whether or not he actually had what it took to do such a thing, if he would make it back home...and if God would still be with him.
Within these pages are his detailed journal entries from the beginning of his journey to the finish-complete with the good times and the bad, the comical and the serious, the casual conversations and the deep, life-changing experiences. Join him on this backpacking adventure of a lifetime where, with him, you will meet amazing people, see incredible sights, live with constant risk, overcome voices of doubt and fear, and be inspired to finally take that trip you've always wanted to go on. An adventure is at your fingertips. Open it up, and come on in.
