Every movement of God begins the same way it did in the beginning: not with a plan, but with Him.
Many leaders today are exhausted - not because they are disobedient, but because they are sustaining what God never began. Churches are stalled. Movements are drifting. And the pressure to produce has quietly replaced the practice of presence.
Genesis: New Beginnings is not another leadership strategy. It is an invitation to return.
Built on the first three chapters of Genesis, this book walks pastors, apostolic leaders, and movement builders through the divine pattern for every true beginning - light before structure, identity before assignment, trust before expansion, covering before commissioning.
Chapter by chapter, Tony Rivera Jr. unpacks what it means to lead from alignment rather than ambition, and to rebuild on what God authored rather than what human effort can sustain.
This is not a call to reinvent your ministry. It is a call to realign it.
Complete with the Genesis Personal Leadership Reset Tool - twelve guided reflections to walk you through your own reset, chapter by chapter - this book is designed to be read slowly, prayed over, and used as a discipleship or apostolic training resource for leadership teams, cohorts, and networks.
