I was asked recently "So why did you write this book"? It's a simple answer really. Because! It's a story that needs to be told. It begs to be shared with all who are seeking healing and restoration. It's a story about my beautiful and brave wife. I pray that her story inspires and reminds all who read it just how very much God loves us. That true faith coupled with prayer and support has the power to heal and restore our lives in the most extraordinary ways. You will witness the unyielding power of prayer, as Sandy leaned into her relationship with God, finding both support and strength. Her prayers were not words spoken into a dark void; they were simple but heartfelt conversations with her Redeemer. As her difficult journey unfolded, she began to experience healing in ways that medical science could never fully explain and maybe never will. This story is also intended to be a study about how faith leads to restoration and how to repair and improve our communications with God and with those people He has richly blessed and entrusted to us to love.
