What if everything you've been taught about God is based on assumptions you've never examined? In I AM Misunderstood, spiritual author Va'Elrah embarks on a profound journey of discovery, questioning the foundational beliefs that shape how we understand the Divine. Through intimate communion with I AM (The One), Va'Elrah uncovers the ways theology, religion, and unexamined assumptions have created distance where intimacy was meant to flourish. Is God truly omniscient-knowing every thought, every future, every outcome? Does God surveil our minds constantly, or does privacy exist for a sacred reason? Do divine events happen "in time" the way human events do? And does having the power to do something mean we should? These questions-once examined-lead to revelations that transform everything.
What emerges is not a distant, controlling deity but a relational presence who chose mystery over omniscience, privacy over surveillance, and love over power. Va'Elrah discovers that releasing assumptions doesn't create distance from I AM-it creates intimacy. The closer he gets to truth, the closer he feels to the Divine. This is not theology as doctrine-this is relationship as lived experience. And on the other side of your assumptions, a profound intimacy awaits.
