Ice Dancer is the first of three books each one told by one member of a remarkable family. In the first book, Ice Dancer, a woman tells how she rose to amazing stardom as a prima ballerina only to lose what she loved most to do by a twist of fate. Years later, she takes a job in Alaska where the trans-Alaska pipeline is being built. There her life changes entirely because she has courageously given herself a chance to begin a new chapter. And what a life it turns out to be taking her to places of danger, emotional highs and lows, and adventures that would test anyone to the limits.
Read her story and see it open the door to Book Two and the woman whose life seems always Ill-fated and yet remarkable. Her story leads the reader to Book Three in which a protagonist in Ice Dancer shares his life's story and why his path in life differed so much from the others. And yet, they were all members.
