About
Inherited Weather is a poetry collection about the things we carry without choosing-the grief, silence, memory, and wounds passed quietly from one generation to the next.
Through intimate reflections on love, religion, trauma, survival, identity, and loss, these poems explore what it means to inherit pain before understanding its origin, and to recognize the patterns that shaped you slowly. Yet somewhere within that reckoning, the author discovers that not everything has to be inherited. Love can be found, chosen, and built into something gentler than what came before.
