About

Life's Lesson's are a recipe for wholeness.

Wholeness is a relationship with yourself. Choice merged with control, are the intangibles that make it all possible.

Being whole illustrates the interactivity of positive and negative, that is all part of one life cycle ... ours.

You inhale air and help revitalize cells (positive), you exhale carbon monoxide, that would otherwise poison the body (negative).

But you can't do one without doing the other. You can't inhale and hold it, you can't exhale indefinitely. When you do both as a process, you strike a balance, one compliments the other and you continue with your progressions. That is the overall positive outcome.

Once we realize how to convert any negative/positive mix, to a positive outcome, wholeness evolves as the term to identify that which we have become.
