The horrifying thing is excised from the chest of a male derelict. It is a massive tumor unlike any Dr. Samantha Vaughn has ever seen. And, impossibly, it seems to be-alive. To study the thing away from the eyes of her colleagues and keep it to herself until she can determine exactly what it is, Dr. Vaughn takes it to her remote estate on the cliffs of the Kentucky River. She secrets it in the bedroom that had been her six-year-old daughter's before she was killed and the grotesque nightmare begins to unfold. Soon, Dr. Vaughn discovers that, instinctively, the little monster knows how to do only one thing: it kills. Discover Little Monster for yourself. A baby's cry will never sound the same.
