This is the much-anticipated new cookbook from Grace Mortimer, the bestselling author behind the phenomenally popular @myfirstmeals. My One Pot Meals sees Grace combine her 5-ingredient, family-friendly approach with the perennially popular one-pot/one-pan trend.
Stuck in a never-ending loop of washing up and needing to clean the kitchen again, Grace decided to marry her 5-ingredient, family-friendly approach with the trend for one-pot meals, flexing her range and delivering a cookbook for everyone.
Recipes are quick to make, easy to follow, require minimal washing-up and use 5 ingredients or fewer. Each chapter is centred around one pot/pan/bowl or piece of equipment, from the ubiquitous air fryer to the humble casserole pot. Sections include: One Bowl, Frying Pan, Traybake, Saucepan, Slow Cooker, Roasting Pot, Air Fryer.
In her on-going mission to make mealtimes easier, My One Pot Meals is the natural next step for Grace. At a time when inflation is at a record high and we want to cut down on single-use plastic, she's determined to show us that we don't need to resort to bland ultra-processed ready meals. The recipes in this book save you time, money and washing up—and they are a heck of a lot more delicious than that soggy meal deal.
