In the aftermath of the Horizon Life Settlement Fund scandal, Justin Kell is waiting for the trials of the Lebanese organized crime syndicate to end and for justice to be served. When unexpected events disrupt the proceedings, Kell's world is turned upside down, as he returns to face some old adversaries.
