"Why do I still doubt myself when I've already lived this much life?"
Ana's answer to women is disarming and refreshing: confidence is not something you are born with. It is something you practice.
Not in theory, but in real life. In seasons. In four-month sprints of discipline, gratitude, and support from other women learning how to come back to themselves.
(Yes, cheering on other women is part of the confidence formula.)
Drawing on her own journey as a model, actress, and filmmaker, Ana explores what it means to reclaim presence at any age, in any body, and with any past. She began her career in Los Angeles at 21, stepped away to build a life outside the industry, and returned in her mid-40s to modeling, acting, and creative work through film.
She calls this the art of living. A way of moving through life that blends vulnerability, discipline, gratitude, and self-ownership.
This is not a perfection book.
It is a real-life book for women navigating careers, relationships, hormones, reinvention, and everything in between.
In this book, you will learn how to:
• rebuild self-trust
• regain clarity in identity
• develop a daily confidence structure
• break cycles of self-doubt
