About
When life is about to end in fifteen year old Christie Kelly's eyes, it turned out it was only the beginning. Ripped from her familiar world by her estranged Australian father, Christie finds herself boarding a plane for Melbourne only to sit next to the eighteen year old guitarist and lead singer of the hot new German rock band, Prey for Chance.
Song for You follows the story of the girl-next-door, Christie Kelly, as a friendship and, eventually, a relationship starts to form with international rockstar, Galvin. As the media and fans of Prey for Chance critique and claim she has "tainted" the band, Christie has more troubles than the average fifteen year old. Over the course of fifteen years, Christie struggles with loss, depression, adulthood woes, and losing everything she holds dear, while Galvin pops in and out of her life, causing both pain and relief...
What does fate have in store for Christie? Is her tie to Galvin a gift, or the cause of never-ending pain? Are they each others' happy ending, or pawns controlled by kismet?
