It was always Marco Martin's dream, to be an author. Creative writing gave him expression. Writing stories gave him a Voice. Poetry gave him an art Form. To be a writer was always his passion and ambition. As a young person, he would often visit his local library and bookstore. He had such high hopes, of having his own books, placed in there, someday.
