Most people go about living their lives based on what is required at any point in time rather than what is authentic. The result is a constant nagging feeling of "my life doesn't quite fit who I am." In this timely and relevant book, Trellis uses the simple to understand metaphor of designing a dream house to help each reader take a comprehensive look at their life and determine what is and what is not authentic for who they are and who they are becoming. The Blueprint: How to Design and Live a Life of Authenticity and Purpose will leave you inspired and energized about tackling the challenges that have held you back from living your "dream life". Trellis' use of personal and practical examples from clients and her own life will help you apply the principles and techniques. The inspiration in this book along with your own insights as you apply the framework will surely change your life for the better.
