Somewhere, just outside of The Harbor, Birdie is trapped on a floating speakeasy, singing for patrons that have no idea she was kidnapped to be there.
Olli and Dallas just have to find the boat...
The detectives come up with a crazy plan to break Birdie out, and recruit an unlikely ally from a previous case to keep from tipping their hand.
The balance of power in The District is being threatened by simple greed and jealousy, and it's up to The District Detectives to put everything right. And before Birdie's new gig turns into a territory-shifting mob war.
