Back when Jenny was in grade 12, interning teacher, Mr. Avery caught her eye. Eddie Avery studiously avoided her gaze, careful to maintain the student/teacher distance propriety demanded.
Now Eddie's back, the new high school English teacher. Jenny's all grown up and working as the school secretary.
No longer his student, Jenny sees no reason to not pursue things between them.
While there's no denying the effervescent Jenny's attractions, he must ignore them. In Eddie's mind, just two short years ago she was his student, so anything between them would be crossing a line.
Yet every time he turns around, she's there.
The undeniable connection they share, the lingering shadows of the past, and the obligations they both have to their families strive to keep them apart.
Embark on an enchanting journey with Jenny and Eddie, where love proves that rules are meant to be rewritten and second chances are always within reach.
