A practical guide to creating systems, planning your exit, and building a trades business that lives on, even after you step away.
Are you building something that can last without you?
Growing up, Tess Helmandollar had a front-row seat as her father, Link, put grit, long days, and unwavering dedication into his thriving HVAC and home repair business. Inspired by Link's success, she followed in his footsteps to become a successful entrepreneur in her own right. But Link's biggest lesson of all was still to come.
Despite a full pipeline of work and decades of loyal clients, when Link's health declined and he could no longer work, there was no plan in place to sell, transition, or sustain his company without him. That experience sparked a fire in Tess, a drive to help other business owners avoid the same fate.
