From a young child with little confidence to a teenager trapped in an abusive relationship. 'The Rucksack' became her secret place where years of hurt, pain, shame and secrets were all kept. Until the day came when 'The Rucksack' was full and could no longer be carried and the journey to unload began.
This is a story of the need to explore a better life, to step out of the bubble, to walk away from the fear and venture into the unknown. Nobody knows what's beyond the bubble but with sheer determination the journey began and 'The Rucksack' started to unload finally reaching the ultimate goal of self-love.
