In the 1980s, Dr. Ronald Gandolfi made a major screw up and killed innocent people during a covert op. It was then that the heads at Langley put him on desk duty at the Tombs, the CIA archives, and the place where they put old studs to die that are deemed to be too much trouble for the agency to deal with so that they can force them to leave the agency.. Ronald meets a fellow scientist who was banished to the Tombs for conductiong human mind control experiments in MK Ultra.
They decide to go on a road trip to investigate the CIA's paranormal files. One case is alien abductions at Area 51. Then Bigfoot and later the Soviet Union's interest in controlling the Loch Ness Monster.
