About
His pride. Her prejudice. A kiss that never should have happened.
Aspiring author, Vivienne C. Fox, adores swoony, Regency era romance novels. Along with the four other members of her writers group, she hopes to create the same genre of romance she loves to read. Providing inspiration for the snobby, Darcy-esque hero of her manuscript is handsome billionaire, Blake Blenheim. He's the older brother of one of her fellow authors, but he considers Vivienne too "frumpy" for a mistletoe kiss at the Blenheim Christmas gala.
Six months later, their paths cross again, only it's Vivienne who gives Blake a kiss he'll never forget-and neither will the internet! As they navigate the scandal, Vivienne and Blake learn they share a common history and an attraction they've both tried to deny. Added to the mix are a conniving cat, Blake's overbearing mother, and his meddling best friend all providing unsolicited "assistance."
Tropes:
✔️ Opposites Attract
✔️ Grumpy/Sunshine
✔️ Billionaire Romance
✔️ Best Friend's Brother
✔️ Pride and Prejudice inspired
This laugh-out-loud, clean romantic comedy is a love letter to Austen fans and just the beginning for this group of writers experiencing their own tales of romance.
