At times elegantly epic, at others intensely personal, this collection of poems by Susan Ksiezopolski evokes transition. Ksiezopolski explores the collection of opposites as forces of change. Loss with discovery. Destruction with creation. Isolation with connection. At times cascading and chaotic, at others deeply quiescent, each poem flows with emotion. Regret, yearning, excitement and anticipation commingle in an evolution of cataclysmic discovery to gentle healing. Ksiezopolski's poems are an evocative call for engagement and change.
