Dawn Opens All New Views Randi grinned as she deliberately stomped her way through the piles of scarlet maple leaves. Best time of year, autumn. So many amazing leaves to crunch! She would've spent her whole morning, her whole day, charging through piles of delightful leaves, but sunrise was coming. She wanted to greet it. Halfway up the mountain behind the campus, looking out over the valley as the sun colored everything gold and red and lovely, Randi met the future. Thank goodness that the future had quick reflexes!
