About

Meagan Phillips, who believes she is destined to be single the rest of her life, is drawn out of her comfort zone. A new job assignment takes her to an island off the coast of South Carolina. There she finds herself enjoying things that in the past she never cared for: sun, sand, water, and being outdoors. Meagan also discovers new people she wishes could remain in her life forever...three troubled teenage girls and their father, Ryan. All are still grieving seven years after their mother's death.

Ryan Richardson is Meagan's new boss as well. All these years Doctor Richardson has tried to ignore his pain. Instead of helping his girls through their loss, he has stopped them from grieving all together.

The suffering is apparent in all of them.

Why did God bring her here? Could opening her heart to these young ladies be part of His plan for Meagan? Was she supposed to fall in love with their father? The possibility appears too good to be true. Besides, she's too old for love...isn't she?

Is it too late for her to find true love and a family of her own?
