All is fair in love and land... When Melody Weston shows up on what's soon to be Jason Cole's ranch, she's more than a distraction he doesn't need; she's a threat to his very existence. Rumor has it she's after his land; and he'll do whatever it takes to stand in her way. But it isn't long before engaging with Melody has more than just his temperature rising, and suddenly the stakes go way beyond property lines. Melody views her uncle's ranch as a rest stop on the road to whatever life has in store next. It's not until she experiences the breathtaking views and quiet wilderness for herself that she realizes maybe she's already found her destination. Now if only she could do something about the grouchy cowboy who doesn't like to share. As heated arguments give way to heated glances, Melody and Jason soon find their rocky relationship burning with something hotter than anger. Now, with both love and land on the line, they must decide if winning the argument is worth losing it all, or if it's finally time to find some common ground.
