A Russian agent in place left on his own after the collapse of the communist regime, a terrorist trainer named Kalil, used by several countries who, until Omega Force acts, have remained hidden and virtually unknown, and a committee of five environmentalist terrorists clash with Bring It Up. A luxury yacht blown up at sea, its occupants either killed or taken captive, leads to a coded book that unveils this new threat to rhe oil platforms in the Mediterranean and the Gulf of Mexico! Four terrorist cells are working together with the committee of five in this daring plot. A raid on the Vatican library that includes bombing the library will have all eyes turned to Italy. At the same time, the 1 other three cells attack the oil platforms in the Mediterranean before setting off for the Gulf of Mexico. With the timely cover of seeking the treasures hidden in caves behind an old church, lost when Lake Alleghe was formed, Omega Force foils the plans at the Vatican, stops the terrorist cells, brings down the comittee of five, and captures Kalil a second time after he escapes from prison.
