People in the Bible. Who were they? How did they think? What motivated them? How did their faith influence the choices they made in life? In 'Dear Abel', Henk van de Weg asks these questions to twenty-two men and women in the Bible. He delves into their history, searching for the person behind the ancient, sometimes well-known stories. The letter format of 'Dear Abel' brings them close and makes them recognisable, despite the differences in time and circumstances. It turns out that we can even learn something from Judas Iscariot.
