Diana Mendoza had always dreamed big, and now the fate of the dream world is in her hands. Diana's life is not what she had dreamed. For twenty-one years she has been exceptionally average, not exceling at anything. She also has trouble finishing what she starts, just ask the several half-finished knitting projects or piles of laundry scattered around her room. Her family life is no better. Her mother is a workaholic who is never around, and she has never met her father. After a strange occurrence at a charity volleyball game, Diana discovers that the father she's never known is a sandman and he's gone missing, all while the dream world has been overtaken by an evil soothsayer. Now she must travel to the dream world with the help of a stoic sandman who trained under father and a cheerful baku. The clock is ticking as Diana must adventure through a magical new world, learn to control her newfound powers, find her father, and defeat the soothsayer who threatens it all.
