When Russia launches a nuke on Kyiv in 2026, it initiates an unknown DARPA project in the bowels of the Pentagon, sending a Space Force Captain Gary Duchni, and his entangled iPad, back in time. But due to a mistake, he ends up at the beginning of nuclear weapon's development. Now he has to convince those in power to choose a different path before both 2026's and 1942's Washington DC are destroyed.
