About

Practicing Spiritual Mindfulness

Our minds and thoughts are inundated daily with a variety of messages and tasks: get your exercise regimen in for day, remember to pick up the dry cleaning, or work on that status report for your boss at work. While all of these are valid tasks, how much energy and thought are you placing on your relationship with Jesus Christ?

The apostle Paul laid it out quite bluntly in Romans 8:6: "For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace." It doesn't mean to not use your energy and mind to prepare for that big presentation at work-but that should not supersede the amount of effort you give toward your spiritual growth.

Join author Vince Miller as he guides men through a series of lessons, which can be done one-on-one or in a group setting, exploring how our mind plays an important role in our faith journey and how we can live in intimacy with God on a daily basis.
