More Than Skin Deep - With the Leader's Guide This is a Bible study written for teenage girls through adult women. It parallels the steps of a makeover to aspects of becoming more like Jesus. It can be easily adapted for a weekly study or a weekend retreat. The leader guide has Games skits and object lessons included to make it more memorable and impactful.The weekend I got to spend with our preteen and teen girls at a church retreat doing More than Skin Deep was truly a gift. This study opened doors to issues that made me realize the need for a resource like this during my own teen years that would have saved me so much heartache.
