On Modifying Kurdish Language

Kurdish, lacking an active language regulatory body such as a dedicated language academy, developed without a planned policy, making linguistic unification appear ambitious and challenging. This book aims to shed light on the advantages and disadvantages of linguistic unification, It focuses on the importance of linguistic modification and its potential benefits for the Kurdish people.
The chapters explore substantial facts about languages in general, the role of social life in language development, the need for a unified formal dialect, and how Kurdish, as a language, and consequently the Kurds as a nation, might benefit from such unification.
