The book Opening Up To Life tells the life of Jacira, a woman who, saddened and deprived of her own free will, discovers in self-love the key to improvement. At almost 40 years old, Jacira believes she is a prisoner of an irreversible situation with no way out. She prefers to fall into depression and blame others for her miserable life, believing that she can't change her destiny.
