Right-of-center women are frustrated and fed up - tired of being overrun by a "women's march" that does not represent their values, overwhelmed by divisive rhetoric on social media, and woefully underrepresented in elected offices. And, there is too much at stake to stay on the sidelines. Step Up will inspire women to turn the same leadership, compassion, and tenacity that already bring to their families and workplaces into effective advocacy for their communities, including a step-by-step guide on how to do it. Ellen Troxclair's unlikely but true story of how she became a change maker at Austin City Hall will leave readers feeling not only supported and encouraged, but determined to be a part of the change they want to see in our country.
