A spiritual memoir on servant leadership and legacy for our times.
"The Grace Effect had an effect on me right from the start. As Michael navigates life in Brooklyn during the 60s and 70s with his single mother, you are eager to see where his moral compass and wits take him. To then have a key role in the plight of hundreds of minority businesses clamoring to break into large retail is the level of impact so many of us strive for. I particularly love the strong female characters along the way, laced with spiritual depth. Great example of grace and leadership!" --Sylisa Lambert-Woodard, EdD, LCSW, LSATP, MAC, President and CEO, Pathway Homes, Inc.
